At Valuetainment Store, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
